We had Dave, the owner, come out to check our HVAC system. He is knowledgeable, honest, and is not afraid to educate you on how to take care of your system. We highly recommend Top Notch. And I can never forget about their mvp MITCH! He is thoughtful, caring, and knows his stuff. Alyssa is the glue that makes this place succinct and organized. Dave and Mitchell have serviced our home furnaces and central air forever with exceptional care. Emergencies they are always available, amazing office staff and 24 hour phone access. Their name says it ALL! Dave, his associates and office staff are truly top notch! From the moment Dave arrived to inspect my heating issues until the project was completed, he was the consummate professional. The team installed a new furnace/ac unit within hours last week. When the installation was completed, they left the area spotless. Highly recommend Top Notch!

We’ve always had a wonderful experience with Dave and his team. They installed 2 mini splits for us back in Feb 2020 and just installed two more this year in our last two bedrooms. After getting quotes from over 10 places, their pricing was the cheapest both times and we were very happy with Dave who came by to do the quotes. He was courteous and answered all of our questions. He also helped us get multiple rebates on the splits that we weren’t aware of (and nobody else had told us about).We recently had an issue where one of the splits stopped working and Dave came by that afternoon to replace a blown fuse, free of charge.Their service has always been great and I highly recommend them!

Everything about my experience with this company was professional. I needed a replacement condenser installed and I contacted Mitsubishi for a contractor recommendation. Within 30 minutes I was contacted by Alyssa the office manager and she set up an appointment for an estimate. Stan showed up on time and quoted a very fair price for the work to which I agreed. The following week he again arrived on time to perform the installation. The entire process took a little over 2 hours, and my system now works perfectly. It is a real pleasure to deal with pro’s!

New installation of central air system. My rating for this company is 5 stars all the way. The office personal is very efficient. Any information is passed back and forth to us to get the job done. The technicians Stan and Dave were efficient with installing the all new system. Always left job sight clean. They were on time in completing the job. Fully explained how to operate the system. I recently had an issue with my air conditioning and of course it was 80 or 90°. The guys from top-notch came out. It was a difficult problem to diagnose and they worked tirelessly to fix the problem. The owner even came out on short notice and worked most of the day to get my system back up and running. He went above and beyond even communicating with me via his personal phone days later to make sure everything was running right. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of all the staff and the hard work and dedication especially on short notice during the July 4th holiday week. Brian R

Experienced problems with my furnace on 1/22/2022. The decision was made to buy a new furnace. New furnace installed on 1/25/2022. Arrived in a timely manner, completed the job and everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. Very professional individuals. Would highly recommend this company for any HVAC problems, repairs or installations.

Fantastic company. Had to wait for appointment ( that’s a good thing) kept appointment were fast clean and did nice neat work. Dave and his team installed ductless system on my 1st floor and a mini split with ducts and air handler in my attic for second floor, they laid drop cloths swept and vacuumed up behind themselves. System is await and it’s a professional installGreat company to call

Great service! Very reliable and clean. Dave showed up initially and found out what issue was. Tech came today to make repairs. Something went wrong, I called and tech came back out in few hours. Checked everything and cleaned the system. Noise is now gone and system working great!Scott, Edison NJ

Stan and Dave are such a pleasure to have on my team. As a real estate investor that has to count on trustworthy contractors to do a good job without constant supervision, these guys are the best. They also installed a very complicated Mr Slim split system into my coop apartment that is very nice.Al their plumber is also a great asset to their team.2019 UPDATEStan and Dave just installed a 5 zone split system in a 100 year old house. They also overhauled the two neglected boilers with new zone valves and circulation pumps. A+ work again guys, especially with this 100+ degree weather and brutal winter.The tenant upstairs were ecstatic when they finally got the heat they needed in their apartment. Happy tenants is my #1 objective in my real estate self managed business. Thanks for making me look good Stan and Dave.
